Our hosting and security provider processes standard request data in order to serve pages and protect the Site, including IP address, browser user agent, requested URL, referring page and timestamp.
We do not use this data to build a profile of you and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors from it.

Where the GDPR or a similar law applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:

- Steps prior to entering a contract, where you contact us about working together.
- Legal obligation, where we are required to retain or disclose information.
5. Who we share information with
We share information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers. We use FormSubmit to deliver demo request submissions to our inbox, and Cloudflare to host, serve and protect the Site. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
- Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants and auditors where required.
- Legal and safety. Where we are required by law, court order or regulator, or where disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, safety or property.

6. Retention
We keep demo request submissions for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship or enquiry, and then for as long as required for legal, accounting or reporting purposes. When information is no longer needed we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner using the contact details below.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and our providers apply their own technical and organisational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information, financial account numbers or credentials through the demo form.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent where we relied on it.
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. As stated above, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

PartnerOz is based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from that of your country. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for those transfers.
